We simply deliver a Professional IT Service at an Affordable Cost!
We offer a home visit service in case you either do not know how to disconnect your machine, or if you would rather have it fixed at your home. Alternatively, we offer a FREE collect and return service.
We come to you to pick up your machine and bring it back to you once it is repaired.
Software related problems tend to be labour only jobs. Hardware is likely to be replacement parts. Cost of parts will be additional.
Labour charges from £25 per hour (minimum fee) first hour, then half hourly afterwards. We operate a strict no fix, no fee policy.
