Either fill in the online form to the right and bring membership fees to the next meeting or fill in the form below.

Data Protection Act. Please note that for administrative purposes membership details will be stored on a computer database and used for Friends of the Maritime Museum and the City Museums purposes. However, if you dont agree to allow your name and address to be included in a Lancashire county database of Friends, please indicate.

Subscription: £8 per Membership year (ends March 31st). Additional members at same address: £6.
